Omni, a privately owned/managed U.S. based, IOSA/FAA Part 121
certificated air carrier is entering its third decade of air transportation solutions. Omni provides worldwide passenger charter and ACMI operations to a
diverse customer base including: tour operators, scheduled and charter airlines, cruise lines, corporations (shuttles and incentive programs), sports teams,
alumni groups, aircraft management and global government agencies.

Today, Omni’s fleet consists of B777-200ER,
B767-300ER, and B767-200ER aircraft. Our fleet boasts high gross weight specifications with modern cabin furnishings . We take immense pride in the service we
provide through having high quality aircraft, in-flight service and upgraded passenger amenities including in-seat and cabin IFE. Customer service excellence is a
culture embedded throughout our organization. Our successful past of operating B727 cargo/combi aircraft and DC10 passenger aircraft has allowed our transformation
to a modern, fuel efficient, “all Boeing” fleet.

Omni introduced twin engine/ETOPS operations in
2003 with the addition of the B757-200ER and in doing so became only the second U.S. operator to obtain 180-Minute ETOPS certification “out of the box”. Today,
Omni’s all-Boeing fleet operates under 180-Minute ETOPS, polar, and CAT III authority. Omni believes in controlling its destiny through ownership of aircraft and
spares inventory, contributing to our success and being an industry leader.

In addition to Omni’s large fleet of modern
aircraft, we have also invested internally in impressive technology, infrastructure, and people to support our operation. Our systems operations control center is
staffed 24/7/365 with highly skilled aviation professionals to manage every program we operate. Understanding operational integrity is imperative, we have created
a remote disaster recovery center for seamless operational control irrespective of natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
An Impressive History
1983 – Omni Air Transport is founded in Tulsa, Okla., as a U.S. Part 135 Operator providing Learjet aircraft corporate and air ambulance services.
1993 – Became a U.S. Part 121 carrier and purchased Boeing 727 freighter aircraft, operating under the name of Omni Air Express. Customers included many of the industry’s largest integrated shipping companies such as BAX Global, DHL, Emery Worldwide and UPS.
1997 – Invested in DC10 equipment and entered the passenger charter market. Omni Air Express name changes to Omni Air International.
1999 – Omni Air International was approved to participate in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet program. OAI is also an active member of the National Air Carriers Association.
2003 – Added two B757 passenger aircraft approved for extended range over-water operations. With this exciting addition, OAI was awarded 180-minute ETOPS approval from the Federal Aviation Administration – only the second time in the history of U.S. aviation that this type of immediate ETOPS authority has been granted. It is only with this authority that OAI is able to provide our customers extended overwater flight capability.
